About us
While setting up our own first factory, our company encountered all those obstacles that our future partners will overcome more easily thanks to our many years of experience.
What everyone can do nowadays
Just by a few clicks, one can easily order some smaller, simpler, lower-cost products from China these days. However, in the case of regular orders or for one with a higher value, it is in our best interest to travel to China. Booking a flight or a hotel is now a routine task, and there are no particular obstacles to obtaining a visa. Also, on the internet you can easily find dozens of merchants, manufacturers and service providers offering the product, equipment or service you are looking for. However, choosing the one that meets all your needs can be a daunting task.
Why us?
Between a price quoted in an e-mail and one obtained during a personal factory visit, there may be a significant difference. In addition, there is a profound difference between the outcome of a negotiation in Chinese and one conducted in English or some other language; be it about price, quality, length of the warranty period, or even after-sales services like on-site arrival time in case of a failure. However, Chinese language alone is not enough, it is important to be familiar with local culture and customs so that one can prepare for a more successful negotiation, enforcing all important interests and requirements.
Successful business negotiations hinge on two further important factors: creating a long-term cooperation, thus the possibility for a sustainable development, and communicating with the owner of the factory. Both are easier to accomplish when a third party is present during the meeting. The likelihood of a future collaboration is much higher as well, since communicating directly with the owners who mostly do not speak English is easier that way, and so the interests of the factory can be enforced better as well, especially when it has a third party to negotiate with that is a company also operating in China.
Our motto
We would rather not get lost in the details, or win over potential customers by hordes numbers, using professional jargon, since, as our motto tells:
“Our company helps enterprises and companies with concrete ideas to realize the production plans of their own new or existing product time- and cost-effectively, based on the experience of the customer and our company, by commissioning a new production line into service or modernizing an existing production line”
